Winter wedding at the Kingscote Barn? Sounds great. I have had a chance to photograph at this stunning award winning venue in the Cotswolds before, however never in the Winter time. That’s why I was so glad when Sadie and Gavin asked me to photograph their wedding day at The Kingscote Barn in December.
I started the day with Sadie at The Close Hotel Tetbury where we met with her and her fun brides maids. The Close Hotel is quite a nice wedding venue in it’s own right but we were bound for The Kingscote Barn for the wedding and reception as soon as the girls were ready.
I arrived at the Kingscote Barn with time to catch up with Gavin and a few guests before Sadie arrived and again for December the weather was perfect, clear and mild, I couldn’t have asked for better.
The ceremony was very touching and personal. After a few formal shots I was able to get on with some nice candid shots as the staff prepared the room for the delicious wedding breakfast supplied by Crown Catering.
The evening was a ball, with a live music by Clone Tones. While the guests had some fun on the dance floor I set up the photo booth to get some fun shots for the guests.
As usual, a few selections of my favourites from this Winter Wedding at Kingscote Barn.
