So here we are again at Huntstile Organic Farm near Bridgewater Somerset, this time for the wedding of Malka and Stuart. The couple live in London and wished to have a relaxing and fun country wedding, which they had indeed.
There is something special about Hunstile Organic Farm. It has the feel of a well loved country farmhouse and it really feels like a home more than a wedding venue. Once again the marquee looked amazing and the small touches, together with fantastic flowers by Dotty Daisy’s, looked awesome.
The ceremony took place on a hilltop stone circle with views across the Quantock Hills as far as the eye could see. All the guests were transported to and from the farm on a hay-bale ride in a tractor & trailer – which was a great attraction itself!
After the ceremony, on the way to the farm, we had some pictures done which were my favourite shots of the day. The guests were waiting for the couple in the farmhouse garden and then the party began. Sipping Pimms and homemade lemonade in the sunshine, eating little cakes, playing funny games, and an outdoor photo booth.
The guests could easily stay and have fun in the farmhouse garden until the night ended, but there was time to make a move to a marquee for some delicious organic food, follow by the chair dance which was something that we had never experienced before and was great to watch and photograph.
After that, our time was over and we are very much looking forward to photographing another wedding at Huntstile Organic Farm soon.
